4. Research Analyst Disclosures

These disclosures are made in compliance with Regulation 19 of the SEBI RA Regulations and the applicable SEBI Master Circular.

4.1 Financial Interest / Ownership

  • The Research Analyst, its relatives and associates do not have any financial interest in the subject company, unless specifically disclosed at the time of each recommendation.
  • The Research Analyst or its relatives/associates may or may not have beneficial ownership of 1% or more in the subject company as of the last day of the previous month. Any such ownership will be disclosed specifically in the respective research report.

4.2 Conflicts of Interest

  • The Research Analyst or its associates do not have any actual or potential conflicts of interest with respect to the subject company at the time of publication.
  • Any conflict of interest, if it arises in the future, shall be disclosed to the Client immediately.

  • Have not received any compensation for products or services from the subject company or any third party in connection with the research report.

  • The subject company was not a client of the Research Analyst, its employees, or associates during the 12 months preceding the publication date.
  • None of the Research Analyst, employees, or associates have served as director/officer/employee of the subject company.
  • The Research Analyst is not engaged in market-making activities for the subject company.

  • Research may utilise data analytics, charting tools or AI-assisted systems, but final insights are always based on human review.

  • Seek POA or trading access
